How myLawyer Works
myLawyer uses sophisticated marketing techniques to bring individual and business clients to our website. Clients search for and browse profiles of lawyers on the website. We take no commissions or referral fees, and the service is completely free to the client.
What then happens:
The clients identify the lawyer or lawyers they think are best qualified to solve their legal problem; or clients call the myLawyer call centre and explain their problem. The myLawyer call centre commences a search on the myLawyer website. The call centre discusses the results of the search with the client and the client selects one to three suitable lawyers.
All enquiries are routed through the myLawyer call centre to ensure that the client has conducted the search properly.
When the client contacts the lawyer myLawyer plays no further role.
